Epithelial Tissue Staining Solution is a special staining solution and enzymehistochemical staining diagnostic solution; it is a staining agent used for livingcells before epithelial pathological examination.

Test

1. Place the vaginal dilator and expose the cervix;

2. Take out the integrated secreta pretreatment sampling device, breakoff upper trailer on the container; extrude the ball to make the stainingliquid immerse fully into the head of swab in the tube;

3. When discharge the whole liquid, and the swab absorbs fully, then usethe swab to smear 3-5 circles on the surface of epithelial tissue aroundthe cervix, finally press 3-5 seconds at the cervix (during the process plspress the trailer again for the liquid supplement;

4. Take out the swab immediately, and check the colors change on theswab among 30s (long-term and repeated observation after 30 secondsshould be avoided);

5. Use dried swab to clean the residue liquid on the epithelial tissue.

Result

CIN is cervical intraepithelial neoplasias, aprecancerous lesion of cervical cancer causedby continuous infection of high-risk HPVThe precancerous lesion is divided into 3grades. If the CIN is found, timely interventionand treatment are recommended.
