Monkey Virus Nucleic Acid Test Kit

Intended use

This kit uses polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with Taqman technology to perform fluorescent PCR detection on specific DNA nucleic acid fragments of Monkeypox Virus, which can be used for clinical auxiliary diagnosis of Monkeypox.

Features

1.The sensitivity is strong, and the LOD is 5x10*copies/ml.

2.High specificity, no cross-reactivity with other common pathogens at the same site of infection or with similar symptoms of infection.

3.This product contains UDG enzyme, which can effectively reduce the risk of aerosol  contamination.

4.The operation is simple, the cover is not opened in the whole process to reduce pollution, and the instrument software system automatically draws a real-time amplification curve to realize instant result judgment.

5.This kit is equipped with an internal standard, and the internal standard is used to monitor the collection, transportation and extraction of the sample to be tested to avoid false negative test results.
